It is with regret that we have to announce that the 2008 RS:X Asian Championship has had to be cancelled.
The Windsurfing Association of Thailand, the local organiser, is unable to find further financial support with which to re-stage the event.
The RS:X Class thank the WATH for all the efforts they made on behalf of the sailors entered into the championship and regrets that the situation in Bangkok was beyond everybody’s control.
Full refunds will be made to all sailors for entry fees and board charter costs
