The selected candidate would be required to develop and run the national windsurfing development plan having analysed the standard of the sailors, select suitable international regattas in which to compete. All within the agreed budget.
To start in November 2011 with Oman Sail and based in Muscat, Oman
Deal:
Salary: 1500- 1750 OMR per month (€2,800 - €3,363 per month)

2 return flights per year
Notes:
#1. There is no income tax or deductibles in Oman. The person will need to look into their own tax situation
#2. You may attend Up to 4-5 international regattas per year either in Asia or Europe depending on the agreed program you have created
#3. There will be a quarterly performance group meeting to approve the programme going forward.
