ISAF has confirmed the list of nations qualified to the 
2012 Olympic Sailing Competition. Following the 18 June
deadline to re-allocate Unused Quota Places, the final nations
competing are now known.
One place was allocated to Egypt in the RS:X men's fleet.
Of the 6 quota places rejected by their NOCs, only 2 places were made available to ISAF for re-allocation under the Unused Quota Place system. The 4 other places were awarded by the IOC using the Tripartite system.
