The judicial review is proceeding and the necessary papers are with the court from whom, we are waiting more news. In the meantime, we are doing our best to make contact with ISAF at the very highest level with a view to maintaining the dialogue started during the Games.
Our wish is resolve the current situation with all speed and reach a settlement which ensures that the Windsurfing versus Kitesurfing question is put back on the table for open discussion at the at the ISAF Conference in November, culminating in a revote on the event/equipment to be used for the boards event in 2016 Olympic Regatta.
