The amended Notice of Race for the 2013 RS:X World 
Championships has now been published.
The dates (February 28th - March 7th) have been moved
to ensure that those that want to can take part in a series
of regattas in the Americas starting with the Miami OCR
and then moving south for the the Brazilian National Team
Q Event in Rio and finally the 2013 RS:X Worlds at the end
of the month
Please note that the format for the RS:X Worlds will be that put forward by the RS:X Format Working Party and agreed by the 2012 AGM. We are hopefull that this will also be trialled at Sailing World Cup events in Europe during the season as well as at the 2013 RS:X European Windsurfing Championships which is scheduled to take place with the RS:X Youth Europeans in Brest ( First week of July)
The goal is to make a submission to the ISAF November Conference by August 1st so that the final format can be signed off and agreed for the next three years.
