With the upcoming elections for RS:X officers, the RS:X Office would like to clarify the voting procedures;
Before being eligible to vote, each Full Member(NCA/MNA) in good standing with the Class shall inform the RS:X Executive Office via email who is their nominated voting delegate.

Emails shall specify the full title of their NCA/MNA, the name and email address of their nominated delegate and the position their delegate holds within their NCA/MNA.

Emails received after this date or those that do not contain the correct information shall not be valid.
Only delegates who have been accepted in accordance with the above instructions will be eligible to vote.

The voting period will begin with publication of the list of nominees on January 31st and will close at 1200hrs BRST on February 27th 2013.
