Welcome to Day 1 at the 2016 RS:X Europeans & Youth Europeans in Helsinki!

July 4th, 2016 – Day 1 at the 2016 RS:X Europeans & Youth Europeans here in Helsinki! Pre-race days with Registration, Equipment Check and Practice Race were Saturday and Sunday – now it’s time for the action!

First race day greeted the sailors with +12 degrees only mixed with some showers. Yet there was enough wind to start the racing according to the schedule at 11am.

We will keep you updated with the commentaries via Facebook Page International RS:X Olympic Windsurfing Class Association and longer reports together with press releases will be published here at the event website every now and then.

Daily still photos by Robert Hajduk will be published under the Media/Photos at the event website and smaller selection of course also in Facebook page of the RS:X Class.
