2016 Israel Open RS:X Championship started today

The 2016 Israel Open RS:X Championship started today in Eilat.

Two races have been completed, the most could be held in today’s wind.

47 competitors participate: 17 women and 30 men.

17 competitors are from outside of Israel: 5 women and 12 men.

The 3 leading women are from Israel: Hadar Heller, Maayan Davidovich and Noga Geller.

The 3 leading men are Sebastian Fleicher from Denmark, Shahar Zubari and Byron Kokkalanis from Greece.

But it is only the first of four days…
